This partnership model integrates education, training, workforce development, and employer engagement into one cohesive system that supports students from entry-level training through job placement, apprenticeships, and long-term career advancement.

The Natural Hair & Braiding Institutional Delivery Model is a 6-week, instructor-led career exploration program designed for youth and adults who are interested in learning the foundations of natural hair care and braiding as a viable career pathway.
This program is ideal for beauty schools, high schools, charter schools, community organizations, and workforce programs seeking to offer culturally responsive beauty education without the burden of staffing, curriculum development, or instructional oversight.
We also have a special course designed specifically for Instructors to learn how to braid and teach hair braiding. We Will Train the Trainer.
All instruction is administered through Black Girl Beauty® School of Careers, using The Amanda Manigault Method™, ensuring consistent quality, structure, and professional delivery.
